Terms of Service

Last updated: March 7, 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the Hunhu platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Hunhu platform at hunhu.us and all related services, applications, and websites (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hunhu ("we," "us," or "our"). "You" refers to you as an individual or the entity you represent.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Platform Description

Hunhu provides a white-labeled directory platform that enables organizations ("Agencies") to create and manage directories of service providers ("Providers") for discovery by end users ("Clients"). The Platform facilitates connections but does not itself provide, endorse, or guarantee any services listed by Providers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Post false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent content, including fake reviews, fabricated credentials, or misleading service descriptions.
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, discriminate against, or intimidate any other user, staff member, or third party.
  • Engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or bulk communications through the Platform.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to interfere with the Platform's functionality.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or connected systems.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without our written permission.
  • Use the Platform to compete directly with Hunhu or to build a substantially similar product or service.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Platform.
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or qualifications.
  • Use another user's account or credentials without authorization.

6. Content Standards

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Platform ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Hunhu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.

6.2 Content Prohibitions

User Content must not:

  • Contain illegal, obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material
  • Promote violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
  • Infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Contain private or confidential information of others without their consent
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

7.1 By Hunhu

We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
  • Conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, or illegal
  • Complaints from other users substantiated by our review
  • Inactivity for an extended period (after providing notice)
  • Non-payment of applicable fees
  • Any reason we deem necessary to protect the Platform, its users, or our business

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7.2 By You

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@hunhu.us. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination, including payment of any outstanding fees.

7.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Your User Content may be removed from the Platform but may persist in backups for a limited period.

8. Fees & Payment

  • Certain features of the Platform may require payment of fees. All fees are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
  • Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated or required by applicable law.
  • We may suspend or restrict access to paid features if payment is not received on time.
  • You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, graphics, logos, trademarks, and all other content created by Hunhu, is our exclusive intellectual property and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, or their practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF DEALING.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the credentials, quality, or reliability of any Provider or their services.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HUNHU AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hunhu and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@hunhu.us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

14.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or a mutually agreed alternative. Arbitration shall take place in a mutually agreed location or remotely. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be void.

14.4 Exceptions

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement, data breaches, or other urgent matters. Users in jurisdictions where arbitration clauses are unenforceable retain the right to bring claims in their local courts.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are located in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence shall apply to the extent they override Delaware law.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, for significant changes, by email or prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hunhu regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

19. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Hunhu.

20. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

21. Force Majeure

Hunhu shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or cyberattacks.
